Weight loss for the world cup

Have you been admiring those amazing ab's of the south africans? The legs of the brazillians? Those strapping young men work hard for their bodies- its their job! If you're a futbol fan like I am try turning this month into a weight loss month dedicated to getting a world cup class body. Every time you watch a game do some crunches, curls and squats. By July 11th those players won't have nothing on your hot bod.
