Weight Loss if you floss!
Losing weight requires thousands of simple tips. One of my favorites is none other than keeping up good dental hygiene! No seriously, though, try it. After a meal immediately brush and floss your teeth. After freshening your mouth you'll be much less likely go back for second snacks or extra nibbles. Ultimately you'll be eating less: this change will help with weight loss!
